Kristin earned her BA at the University of San Diego and MBA from the University of Denver. She has a strong background in sales and marketing and utilizes her business experience to maximize results for her clients. These skills, along with her knack for building relationships and having a client-first approach, have led her to consistently achieve recognition as Quarterly Best of LIV Sotheby’s and the honor of the Denver Metro Association of Realtor’s Silver Excellence Award (production of $10-$14.9 Million) for the past two years in a row.

A lover of the beautiful Colorado outdoors, Kristin enjoys living in Golden with her husband and children and, when not showing homes or developing winning strategies for her clients, can be found reading, playing golf with family & friends, or taking advantage of the amazing opportunities that the Colorado mountains have to offer.

As an avid downhill skier, hiker, and biker, Josh has always been struck by American filmmaker Warren Miller's portrayal of the Colorado Rockies. His move to Boulder, Colorado in 2017 was one of the best decisions he has made, second to marrying his wife and starting a beautiful family. Josh is a catalyst for powerful outcomes and is passionate about the array of real estate possibilities in Colorado. There is one thing for sure, the Slopes at St. Mary's Glacier is one of his most anticipated projects to date.

I have been a Realtor for over 40 years, have closed 1000's of homes in the Denver Metro Area, and have helped 1000’s of buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams. I am in the Top % of all realtors in the U.S. and Colorado. My specialties are residential re-sale, new construction/development, banking and financing. I have extensive knowledge in real estate transaction coordination, title insurance, and mortgages. Additionally, I have been involved in developing and building small subdivisions as well as a variety of other business entities and partnerships.
